No , that is true, panels don't show up. Eventually it will be possible. No , that is true, panels don't show up. Eventually it will be possible. After some tweaking i managed to get an outside view without chaseplane/panels After importing the Lear model with the msfsLegacyImporter software i get a view from the cockpit without panel. I tried to attach the empty cockpit mdl file here, but i guess its not a allowed file format. So try to edit your post and upload it again. Hey Roel, Great news and good work! I just added the option to upload mdl files. So try to edit your post and upload it again. Roel, I have used the legacy import tool to get the lear into 2020, however I cannot get the engines to go below 50%N1 Do you know of a fix for this? Is your Lear reasonably flyable in 2020? Hi Jason I had the issue that my engines wouldn't rev up to 100%. Hi Jason I had the issue that my engines wouldn't rev up to 100%. Decided to give a MSFS 2020 a try. I have to say, I'm impressed with work they have done. I don't have top end computer to handle it, yet it was an eye candy, especially on new monitor I purchased few weeks ago. My current setup contains Intel I7 3440, 16GB RAM and GTX 1080Ti. This is good enough to have some fun while working on main project. Then I took it a step forward connecting MSFS 2020 to Oculus Quest 2 and get visual through VR. This has a massive potential. Level of immersion is unprecedented. Interaction with airplane is at totally new level. You can physically reach out and touch, turn every single knob, push all buttons, have full 240 degrees view in any direction. It is extremely hardware demanding though - my setup simply can't handle it. Jitter is substantial, nausea sets in within seconds of flying, details are not there but I saw through hardware deficiencies and wish Learjet 45 would be a part of the livery. I found ported version of Learjet 45 somewhere on Italian website, but I bet it is same one Roel mentioned couple pages back. Decided to give a MSFS 2020 a try. I plan the missions which could be anywhere in the world and with a different plane or helicopter. We are all flying P3D V5.3 due to my extensive scenery and plane library I already have. Not to mention the 3rd party utilities. However I have made an edict to the group that we are going to start incorporating some MSFS flights from May/June onwards. Apart from the fantastic scenery it will get me more comfortable when we can eventually run our simulators on it. I have been flying 2020 now for quite a while now and the VR is terrific. I am one of the lucky ones who hasn't experienced any vestibular symptoms ...yet. I know that Fly Elise ( my projector warping software) has been ready for along time and is still awaiting ASOBO to incorporate multiple screens into MSFS. We'll get there. Hi, Obviously this is the most recent FS 2020 post. I am considering cutting over to MSFS 2020. I suppose I could use CJ4 as an aircraft but would like to use Jet45. Any current input on what is working? I have mentioned before I had to take apart the Lear as it won't fit into a new home we are building (no basement). I have configured a new desktop sim that I can take apart and move. This is the new one. I don't have P3DV4 showing as I was backing up the whole drive at the time I took the photo. The thing I am surprised at is that P3DV4.5 is running very well on an old Lenovo M93P with a 3.7 GHz I5 processor, 8G memory, a 1 T hard drive and two old graphics cards (AMD HD 5450 and ASUS GT 710 with 4 HDMI ports). I also have ORBX scenery. With these screens the scenery and spot window would be spectacular. Anyone have any current experience with the latest release? I just saw yesterday that the Honda Jet is also is in market place (because of Tom Cruise owning one i guess...) This could also be a good alternative i think for the Lear45 Still waiting for Learjets to arrive, i read somewhere the Lear 75 would be added but don't know if it really is and when. Also i still miss multiple monitor support and the outside view option . Still Prepar3d looks and works great ! I have the true earth orbx addons , Active sky and rex , not as good as msfs for vfr but close! But thats what i want, i only want the outside view, i managed to get rid of the entire cockpit, but i messed up something again, so now the flight model isn't correct anymore.
Only 30% power available :S
Still hoping for an update with a simple command to do this.

I used the Modelconverterx software and erased the entire interior panel of the original FSX Lear45
So i am good to go with FS2020....sort of ..;)
So contact me if you would need it.

After some tweaking with the import tool this went away and the Lear is flyable, but it still is far from perfect!
I have no idea which tweak is responsible.
I also have to say i havent spent mucht time with this lateley...
