Jason recently had a barrel switch on one of his yokes fail and needed a new one.  Shopping around for the red version you can find them for as little as $27 each and as much as $50 but he opted to make a replacement using his 3D printer.  If you have it use it!

So that we are all on the same page, the part number for the red button version is 26619P-18 and looks like this:

 

If   you need a black push button, they are a lot more expensive, approximately $120 each, maybe a little less if you can find them used on eBay.  The part number for the black version is C2006 SAFRAN and looks like this:
