(Original thread started on 10-12-10 by Ron Rollo) Finally, I got a piece of junk mail in my in box that actually makes sense!   It is a tool that resurfaces our spoil boards in 10 seconds flat!  You can find this tool at Tools Today HERE   The only issue is the price of the thing, $157 to $210.   But it's cool to see it out there, until I can afford it, I'll keep using my quarter inch "lawn mower" bit.
